Hi! We are Kerri and Ted Dewett, owners of Starkville Mattress and Furniture Co.

We are both MSU alumni with deep roots in Mississippi and the Starkville area. This is the first place we lived after we were married in 2000, and we have always loved this town!

After spending several years away serving overseas as church planters, we returned to Mississippi. After a few years of building houses, we saw an opportunity and a need in Starkville for quality, affordable mattresses.

So, in 2019, with a desire to offer quality sleep solutions at an affordable price, we launched as a mattress store. Since then, we've grown each year!

With the help of our faithful customers and team members, in 2022 we expanded and started offering furniture.

We are now a full-service furniture store, offering the best options at the best prices, small-town service, and a desire to serve our community!

Come see why we have so many repeat customers, many of whom have become family over the years.
